Getting started
Impact brings live broadcasting, teaching rooms, webinar scheduling, reservations, a creator media studio, courses, marketing, offers and tracking links into one workspace. Sign in with Google to manage your saved content and activity. Broadcast live provides an Impact viewer room and a plan-based external destination allowance: Starter 3, Creator 5 and Pro 8. External platforms require eligible accounts and stream keys; a publishing connection alone does not grant live access.
Open My account ↗Open My account and sign in with Google. If you are a creator, choose a display name and unique handle to create your workspace. Use the same Google account each time to return to your saved work. A member can use the personal guide without creating a creator workspace once their paid membership is active.
Open My account ↗Use Go live to prepare a broadcast or Record to create content. Both open a workspace where you can combine supported camera, screen, drawing, tablet and face-effect tools. The left menu groups your creator tools, publishing and growth, selling and teaching, and account help. Find anything searches the available pages; Ctrl K or Command K opens it. Your current page is marked. Impact Library holds your uploaded, recorded, generated and edited media, with Push to editor beside each file.
Open Genie ↗Use the Day or Night toggle at the top of the page. Impact remembers the choice in this browser and applies it across the app. If browser storage is unavailable, you can still switch the current page.
Open My account ↗Accounts, calendar reservations, private marketing drafts, offers, tracking links, media uploads, video edits and course publishing save real data. The optional AI receptionist offers voice and text navigation. Membership billing, seller checkout, social publishing, live video and AI processing have separate access and connection requirements; check the status in each tool. Public AI image/video generation and credit purchases are awaiting activation. Supported captions and clip suggestions require available processing. Connecting a social publishing account does not grant livestream eligibility or verify viewer, gift or sales data from that platform.

Select a date or Plan something to add an item. Each card shows its status; a saved plan or draft is not a confirmed provider schedule. Use LAUNCH! to review and submit a social post for scheduled publishing.

Webinars
Open My Schedule and choose Schedule webinar. Add a title and description, choose Live or Prerecorded, and provide the live room link or a supported recording URL. Select the timezone, duration, capacity, and one or more future session dates. Save the webinar, then share its registration link with your audience. Scheduling a live session creates the event and waiting room; it does not automatically start a livestream on another platform.
Open My Schedule ↗Choose Prerecorded in Calendar and select a video from Creator studio, or provide a direct HTTPS recording link. Reserved viewers join the scheduled point in the recording after the session starts. The experience is clearly identified as prerecorded, and reservations and joins are counted separately.
Open My Schedule ↗Open My Schedule, choose a session, and review its reservation count and guest list. Each session has its own total, so you can compare demand across dates. Reservations show how many people plan to attend; they are not a guarantee of attendance or a count of people currently watching. The People who joined count records entry into the session. It does not measure watch time or prove someone stayed for the whole webinar.
Open My Schedule ↗Share the webinar registration link from Calendar. Visitors can review the event and available sessions, sign in, and reserve a place on their preferred date. Capacity is checked when a reservation is saved. The page shows their reserved session and an Add to calendar download. Viewers use the same registration page to enter the session when it starts.
Open My Schedule ↗The creator chooses a timezone when scheduling the webinar. Impact stores each session as a specific instant and displays times with timezone context. Confirm the selected timezone before saving, especially when your audience is in another region. The calendar download includes the session time so a calendar app can display it locally.
Open My Schedule ↗Open the session in Calendar to review the available rescheduling and cancellation controls. A session with reservations cannot be moved silently; the app restricts changes that would invalidate existing bookings. Canceling a session stops new reservations and marks it canceled for visitors. Cancellation and schedule-change emails are not sent automatically, so communicate changes to your audience separately.
Open My Schedule ↗Where email delivery is activated, attendees can opt in when reserving a seat. Impact queues a confirmation and reminders 24 hours and 1 hour before the webinar. Late reservations skip reminder times that already passed. Cancelled reservations and sessions suppress pending reminders, and attendees can turn reminders off on their reservation page. When sender setup is incomplete, the page says email reminders are unavailable and still offers Add to calendar. Email acceptance does not guarantee inbox delivery.

Marketing
No. Impact-managed social connections use Impact’s private publishing service. Open LAUNCH!, choose Connect social accounts, select a platform and approve access to your own account. Each creator has a separate private profile; provider credentials stay on the server. Social activation and account access are required, and availability is shown in LAUNCH!. Existing personal-key connections continue working. These connections publish marketing posts; set up livestream destinations separately in Go live.
Open LAUNCH! ↗Yes. Open LAUNCH! to save a campaign draft with your message, selected accounts, media, and intended schedule. A saved draft has not been published. Review the content and destination accounts before using a publish or schedule control. Sending requires activated social publishing, your connected social accounts and a successful provider response.
Open LAUNCH! ↗LAUNCH! includes an ad editor for supported Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn creative fields through Impact’s connected publishing service. You need an activated social connection with advertising access to the target ad. Platform rules can limit which fields are editable, and some changes may require a new review or creative. Impact does not currently create full advertising campaigns or manage ad budgets and bids.
Open LAUNCH! ↗In LAUNCH!, choose content from your library, select an image or video and choose Use for publishing. This copies that file to the social provider's public media hosting so platforms can retrieve it. Uploading the file does not publish it. Review your copy, destination accounts and provider-specific consent before publishing or scheduling. The current publishing upload limit is 100 MB per file.

My personal guide
The personal AI conversation feature is included with an active paid Impact membership. Access is verified by the server using membership payment records. Your Google sign-in identifies your account; paid access comes from verified membership billing. Help & FAQ and navigation shortcuts remain available without a paid membership. Membership checkout is shown when billing and the AI service are connected.
Open Membership & billing ↗Genie uses the preferences and business details you explicitly save: your name, goals, explanation style, business, audience, brand voice, offers and claims to avoid. It also uses recent chat and a summary of your own saved workspace activity. Memory follows your signed-in account across devices. Chat does not automatically become permanent memory. Review or delete it anytime; never save secrets or sensitive personal details.
Open My guide’s memory ↗Open My guide’s memory to review and change saved preferences. Use Forget memory to clear those preferences, or Clear conversation to remove the saved chat. These controls remain available even if your paid membership ends. Impact keeps at most the latest 40 chat messages; the maintenance job removes conversations older than 90 days. Saved preferences remain until you change or delete them.
Open My guide’s memory ↗Other members cannot access your guide’s conversations or saved preferences through the app. Each request is tied to your verified sign-in. To generate a reply, Impact sends your question, recent conversation, saved preferences, the current screen, and a summary of your own workspace (display name, tracked visit count, post counts and up to ten recent library filenames) to its AI provider, Google Gemini. The app requests no stored Interactions session from the provider; provider processing and retention policies still apply. Do not enter secrets or sensitive personal information.

It does not act on your behalf, spend money, publish posts, or read other members’ information. AI replies can be mistaken, so check the linked FAQ and screen before acting. A daily message allowance protects your account from excessive usage. If AI is unavailable, clearly labeled FAQ results and navigation shortcuts are still available.

When available for your account, Manage membership opens the secure Stripe customer portal to update payment details or cancel renewal. Cancellation at the end of a paid period preserves access through that date. Existing files remain available to view and download after membership ends; new paid creation, publishing and personal AI messages require active access. AI image/video and face-effect credits are separate. Membership checkout does not activate seller payouts or provider-backed AI services.

Then review and approve posting in LAUNCH! or generation pricing in Creator Studio. A calendar task does not automatically create media, start a livestream or publish a post. Genie cannot buy ads, browse external accounts or spend credits on its own.

Creator studio
Open Creator studio, upload a video, and select Add to video edit. Arrange up to 20 video or image clips, drag waveform trim handles or enter exact start and end times, choose a canvas, add an opening title, captions or a soundtrack, and export an MP4. Audio cleanup reduces background noise and balances volume. Originals stay intact. Finished exports appear in the library.
Open Creator studio ↗AI image and video generation is awaiting provider activation and is currently disabled. Once available, Creator studio → AI generation will save completed files in your private library. AI captions and suggested clips are connected: open a recording with audio and choose AI captions & clip ideas. Review results before publishing. Jobs run in the background, and provider failures appear in Activity. Transcription supports recordings up to 30 minutes.

Choose Free for public lesson access or Paid and set a one-time USD price. Save a draft or publish an outline. Paid lesson notes and media require the purchasing account or creator sign-in; checkout stays unavailable until payment and payout setup is activated. Unpublishing blocks new playback links. Previously issued links expire within 15 minutes for free courses or five minutes for paid courses.

Hear replies can be turned off, and End conversation or closing the panel stops the session. The receptionist can take you to allowed Impact pages when you ask, but cannot edit your work or access your private account data. ElevenLabs processes the conversation; audio recording is off and transcripts expire after seven days. Your paid Personal guide has separate editable memory.

Both open the same studio: combine screen sharing, drawing, iPad connection and an available AI face effect, then preview or start. Once the preview is open, camera, microphone, background and face-position controls appear. You can switch tools during the session. Apply background changes without restarting AI; restarting AI explicitly uses a new provider session. Custom backgrounds stay on your device and need a compatible browser.

Choose or upload a portrait, confirm permission and the displayed usage terms, then start the processed preview or session. Availability depends on your account and provider balance or prepaid credits; enabling the switch alone does not start processing. Your portrait and camera video go to AKOOL. Connection and preview time count toward limits. Turning AI off explicitly returns to the normal camera; if an effect expires unexpectedly the camera hides while screen sharing and drawing continue. The output retains an AI disclosure. Creator studio also supports stationary masks and capture of separately installed Deep Live Cam or OBS output. Impact does not bundle Deep Live Cam or its separately licensed models.

Publishing a free course intentionally shares its selected lesson media; scheduled webinar recordings are released to registered attendees during their session. Each creator has a 5 GB library with a 512 MB limit per file. You can remove unused files.

When available, open Creator studio → Record & effects → Live AI face swap to see your balance and buy a one-time credit pack from Impact through Stripe. 100 Impact credits equal $1 USD of usage balance; applicable tax is shown at checkout. There are no automatic refills. Credits currently cover hosted live face effects only and stay private to your workspace. Before starting, accept the displayed rate and reserve enough credits for the maximum session. Connection and preview time count in 10-second blocks. Unused reserved credits return after confirmed closure; an unconfirmed provider session retains its hold until reviewed. Opening the page is free. Refunded or disputed payments can reduce your balance and pause usage. These are Impact credits, not transferable AKOOL credits.
Open Creator studio ↗Choose Go live at the top of Impact. Follow Camera & look, Choose platforms and Check your preview. Select a camera or screen, choose available face and background settings, add a title and start a preview. Platform tiles turn green when selected; your workspace shows the number of connected destinations included with your plan. Confirm visibility, then press Go live. Starting a preview alone does not start a broadcast, but hosted AI preview time can use credits. Anyone with your Impact room link can watch; it is not purchase-protected and does not save a replay. End broadcast stops the source and streaming. Desktop Chrome, Edge or Firefox with WebM recording is required to host; real camera, microphone and mobile acceptance are still pending.
Open Go live ↗On Go live, connect each platform using its own stream key. Select platform tiles so they turn green; the workspace shows your plan's simultaneous-destination allowance. Free or early access includes one external destination, Starter includes three, Creator includes five, Pro includes eight, and approved business workspaces can use up to fifteen. Unconnected tiles guide you through setup. Stream keys are encrypted and never returned to the browser. Each account needs external live access, and some platforms require a separate Go live action in their dashboard. A sending status means Impact is transmitting, not that the channel is publicly live. Confirm video and audio on every destination. A failed destination does not stop your Impact feed.
Open Go live ↗Open My courses from the site menu and sign in with the Google account you used at checkout. Open the course from your purchase list. Lessons unlock only after the server verifies successful payment. Some payment methods take longer; use Check payment to refresh your status. A full refund ends access, and a payment dispute pauses access until resolved. A partial refund does not automatically remove access. Signing out clears private notes and the lesson player. Live course purchases remain unavailable until Stripe setup and payment testing are complete.
Open My courses ↗Open the course and choose Join the discussion. Sign in, choose the display name others will see, and post a question or share progress. Paid courses require access before you can read or post in their discussion. Use Reply to respond to a message. Authors can remove and restore their own posts; course creators can moderate all posts. You cannot restore a message removed by the creator. Posts are plain text, limited to 4,000 characters and 20 messages per person per hour. Account IDs and email addresses are not published. Signing out clears the discussion and any message draft from the page.
Open My courses ↗Open Export & destinations, choose a destination and a video from your library, then select a layout and trim range. Create MP4 makes a new file in your private library; preview it, download it and upload with the destination platform's own controls. Images and audio can be downloaded in their original format. Captions can be downloaded as text. Account-specific upload limits and content rules still apply. Exporting does not publish automatically.
Open Export & destinations ↗Open Export & destinations and copy your unlisted clean feed URL into an OBS Browser source. Start the Impact broadcast, enable Control audio via OBS, and check video and audio before starting your external show. Follow the destination's own external-encoder setup. Whatnot uses its Show Tools and WHIP workflow; TikTok and other destinations require account access to external streaming. The clean feed keeps the full picture and existing AI face-effect labels, has a delay, and can be watched by anyone with its URL. Stop the external show in OBS and on the platform when finished. Impact does not automatically connect to those accounts.
Open Export & destinations ↗Broadcast live includes YouTube, Facebook, Twitch, TikTok Live, Kick, X / Twitter Live, OnlyFans and a custom RTMP/RTMPS option. You need live access and the connection details supplied by each platform; OnlyFans access has not been verified by Impact. Simultaneous direct destinations depend on the workspace plan. Whatnot uses the guided OBS clean-feed and Show Tools/WHIP workflow instead of an RTMP connection. These options do not bypass a platform's account restrictions, and a sending indicator does not confirm that a show is publicly live. Verify the preview in each platform before inviting viewers.
Open Go live ↗New supported prepaid AI quotes use 5× the verified provider cost, rounded up to a whole credit. One Impact credit is one US cent of usage value. Review the exact quote before generating; an existing reservation keeps its agreed rate. Membership and prepaid usage are separate. Provider access, funding, current pricing and service activation are required. Public credit purchases and generation are not active yet; saving a Genie plan does not start generation or spend credits.
